Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears baggy blue pantaloons and a green scarf. Her blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Born to a Courier, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to protect her home

Description: This southern woman wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a sword on her belt. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has wavy white hair. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born in the south. Through the years after Tawar was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tawar's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tawar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Smoking was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she's in love

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her white hair is lengthy. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Robbie took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor she uses now. She bought a shield and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Sarah wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
