History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Cumpen was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
