Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cook arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Grai was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Grai's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in a small island village. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She tends to her Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished longbow as well. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age her mother died while driving off some brigands. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in longbow use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kathra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Kathra took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult
