Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dain embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears grey trousers with blue and green striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Eleanor was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Oppleby was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a barber again
