Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oriax was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by sweets. Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fancy black suit. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 19. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Ur-Masi lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ur-Masi liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Hogar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Carter again.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Rurik enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rurik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
