History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Lia was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
