History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
