Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggens does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller father left him crippled. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Seraphina was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: This eastern man is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a flattop hair cut. His black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and money/treasure
