Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Bethrynna was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This malnourished woman wears a white collared shirt and green skirt. She accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Volen was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He's in love; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a violet vest and prefers black and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult.
