History: Born in the east to a Carter, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Rael took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
