Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mella's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A freak accident while working with her Jeweler mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He has worked as a Stableman like his mother before him.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
