History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Akmen was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
