History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Ploughman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady silver eyes.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Xappan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Xappan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his halberd, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.
