History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has taken up work as a Shoemaker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to get a good night's sleep
