Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dull pastel sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His white fur is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Flame's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This tall, slender woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
