Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and to prove her worth to the world

History: Three hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Az-Adar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
