Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Veloptima was a troubled youth. Veloptima decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
