Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Astar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

She carries with her a set of sais, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nalaed fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Lia was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
