History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Malquis grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Malquis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has achieved small success as a Knight.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her silver eyes.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Semyaza was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Semyaza's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to end her boredom

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Damakos lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
