Personality: Alvyn is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Alvyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Marshal soon after.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and retire the richest man in the east

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is wearing a long, tan cloak. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
