She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Blorg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by his family; and expand his business

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Ploughman soon after.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sweet was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
