History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dench grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dench. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
