Description: A middle-aged man, he wears an entirely violet suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and is pretty ugly. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This exceptionally lanky man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His black fur is greasy and uncared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and she perpetually has her axe ready. With bright brown hair. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Delre's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Delre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Delre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Jane liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
