History: Vrondiss hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vrondiss fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
