History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Bilga was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Baker. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she has money and likes to spend it
