Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her crest is black and very short. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Mishann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mishann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Mishann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to be a tailor again

History: Gifted from a young age, Erky studied abroad. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
