The war was a terrible time for her, and Lavinia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
