Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Voice: Gruff and masculine

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She has a hunchback. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Helja was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Helja and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. Her long green crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Daar hails from a village terrorized by drow. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Daar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His head has been shaved. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep
