Description: A middle-aged woman, she very much looks the part of a Bricklayer, and is pretty ugly. Her brown hair is well kept. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Ella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ella took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to protect her home

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a simple pastel robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. He has no fur. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born in a small desert village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears long strands of jet and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pikar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Ivellios and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
