History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Vondal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naivara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Phelaia was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is content; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality
