Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balam. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses like a well dressed Marshal does. Her long black crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: This eastern man wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he's in love

Voice: Sleepy voice

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a green cloak and cross-gartered black stockings, and is pretty ugly. Her blue hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Beleth was born the youngest of three triplets. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is lengthy. His silver eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Akmen embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Akmen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and many gnolls want him driven away
