History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Paggen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Paggen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and tiefling compassion

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He wears his golden hair up. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mary has worked very hard to control her curse. After a long history of fighting, Mary and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: She wears a green vest and prefers black and blue shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and she perpetually has her rapier ready. She wears her gold crest down. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hethress embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. A true patriot, Hethress would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hethress fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like her out of the picture
