History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Kipper learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Pyra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She now owns her own business.
