Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Syllin grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miner. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears just a white suit. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Merla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Merla. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Percival's homeland. Percival decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
