Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She usually wears her black robe and has her greataxe always slung over her shoulder. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brass crest is knotted and matted. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by her family; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a carpenter again
