History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Carpenter mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and gnomish compassion

Personality: Moon is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He uses divination through singing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She found a children's book about a Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.
