Description: This late middle aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is braided into rings. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a tan feather.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is blue and curly. His white eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are hazel.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Aura was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aura's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aura and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
Ideals: Professionalism, Philantrophist. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Occupation: Mortician

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has a hunchback. Her silver hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Traulam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traulam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traulam. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has styled her gray fur well, parting it to the right. Her copper eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
