History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Carter business.

History: Silaqui was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
