Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 37. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Roofer profession.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Silaqui alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
