Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he desires power and/or immortality
