His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Glim was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Purson will drive conversation. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Purson was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Mozfel was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
