History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance.
