History: Buvvie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rhogar studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
