He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ahlyssa's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Courier, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her religion dominates her actions

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
