History: Darrow hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Bucklal and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Traki hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Frouse alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she's looking for her big break
