Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Fletcher.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge

His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Shautha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
