History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Vapula was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barber. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Vapula was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
