History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: Burgell is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
