History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He usually wears his brown robe and has his warhammer always slung over his shoulder. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thradal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. She has blue eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Revenge.
