Purah was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Assassin. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Assassin for the past few years.
